KYC at Stripe
Stripe collects identity, IBAN, fiscal regime. ThreatClaw stores none of it. Usual delay: minutes to hours.
Referral link
Once approved, you get your personal link (e.g. threatclaw.io/?ref=your-code). Share it. Conversions are attributed for 30 days after click.
How much you earn
20% of net revenue, paid yearly for 3 years as long as the customer renews. 60-day hold to cover refunds.
Frequently asked questions
Am I a ThreatClaw employee?+
No. You are an independent business introducer under French civil law. No subordination. You must operate under a B2B-billing legal status (auto-entrepreneur, EURL, SASU, etc., or equivalent).
What about taxes?+
You declare your commissions yourself (income tax, social charges, VAT if applicable). ThreatClaw withholds nothing. Stripe provides full payout traceability.
When do I get paid?+
Each commission enters a 60-day hold (covers refunds). Past the hold, it becomes payable and ships in the next monthly payout.
What if the customer cancels or gets refunded?+
If the refund happens during the hold (60 days), the commission is auto-cancelled (clawback). After payout, paid commissions are not reclaimed.
How long does customer attribution last?+
Once a customer is attributed to your link (first successful payment), they stay yours forever, including Y2 and Y3 renewals. No poaching by other partners.
Can I also promote other cyber products?+
Yes. The program is mutually non-exclusive. You can promote anything, including competitors. We can sign other partners too.
When can I leave?+
Any time, no notice, no reason, via support@threatclaw.io. Validated commissions remain due and will be paid as scheduled.
